By renting a container from Vanguard Dumpsters Rental, you agree to the standard rental policies outlined below.

1. Rental Period & Extensions

Standard rentals include 7 calendar days on site. Extra days can be scheduled at $15/day by notifying our dispatch team before your scheduled pickup date.

2. Prohibited Materials

Hazardous chemicals, wet paint, car batteries, propane tanks, biohazard medical waste, and asbestos are strictly prohibited by Alabama and federal EPA regulations.

3. Weight Limits & Level Loads

Debris must not exceed the top rim of the container to ensure safe transport under DOT tarp regulations. Tonnage over the included limit is billed at standard pro-rated transfer station rates.
